All bookings made through InstaTrip are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. By completing a booking, you agree to pay the total amount displayed, including applicable taxes.
🔄 4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by package and are displayed at the time of booking. InstaTrip is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party providers (hotels, airlines, etc.) in connection with cancellations.

InstaTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking in question.
